You know you bake a lot when…

When you've discovered that you like a mix somewhere between dark and light brown sugar so you buy both and mix them. Okay, that alone isn't enough to make that claim, I also kept a little bit of both…just in case. I didn't however make them their own jars. Not yet anyway. I also kept an old soy sauce bottle so I can buy a huge bottle of vanilla to fill it with. What? Those bottles have great spouts.
